Welcome to Extensions Dance Academy. We thank you for allowing us to share our passion for dance with you and your child. Please be aware of the following policies and procedures to ensure a smooth year at EDA. Never hesitate to call the office with any questions or concerns.
All families are now required to have a debit/credit card on file.

1. Tuition is based on a 32 week dance session. For your convenience, the total cost of lessons has been divided into 9 monthly payments, even though some months have more and some months have fewer lessons.
2. Tuition is due on the 1st of the month. We recommend using our autopay system. If you choose not to do autopay you must pay at the front desk with cash or check, or via our parent portal on our website. Any tuition not paid by the 10th of the month will be automatically drafted from the card on file and charged a $20 late fee.
3. There will be no refunds for missed classes. Students may make-up missed classes within one month of the absence. Please check with the front desk for an appropriate make up time.
4. Showcase & Expose: Accounts not paid IN FULL at the time of the showcase may not be allowed to participate in the showcase.
5. There is a $30 charge for returned checks. After the 3rd returned check all payments to EDA will need to be paid by cash.
